How does Cashback work?

Cashback promotions are our way of reimbursing you for deposits that did not result in a win. We offer daily cashback to help turn yesterday's deposits into today's potential wins.

The amount of cashback you receive daily is determined by three factors:

• The total amount deposited the previous day
• The amount won and/or cashed out the previous day
• Your starting and ending account balances
  
  

Our system evaluates the total deposits and withdrawals (including reversals) made between 12:01 AM (EST) and 11:59 PM (EST) on the previous day. Your beginning and ending balances within this timeframe are also factored into the calculation.

Cashback rewards are automatically credited to your account the following day, before 12:00 PM (EST).

If you haven't yet received your cashback, consider the following possible reasons:

• You may be ahead! The system that processes cashback rewards may not have completed its run yet—please allow a little more time.
• You may not qualify for a cashback promotion on the specific day or week in question.
• Cashback is designed to compensate for unlucky bets, offering you a second chance. If you won, there is no cashback to be credited.
  
  

Terms and Conditions

1. Cashback is calculated based on activity from 12:01 AM EST to 11:59 PM EST on the previous day.
2. The calculation is as follows:
   (starting balance + deposits + reversed withdrawals – withdrawals – ending balance) × Cashback % = Cashback
3. Cashback funds are automatically credited to your account by 12:00 PM EST the following day.
4. Cashback must be claimed on the day it is credited. Cashback for previous days' activity cannot be provided retroactively.
5. A minimum cashback amount of $1 applies. If the calculated cashback is less than $1, no cashback will be awarded for that day.
   
   

Note: : Some cashback promotions may have a minimum bonus threshold. If your cashback amount falls below this threshold, you will not receive a reward.
