How to close/enable my account?

Account Re-Activation:
If you have taken a break and wish to resume playing, simply reach out to our Support Team via live chat. We will conduct a brief verification process, including a few security questions, to ensure we are communicating with the account holder before reactivating your account.
While it is possible to complete this process via email, please be aware that it may take longer, as we will require your security answers. Ensure that the email address you use is the same one we have on file.
If you choose to close your account due to gambling-related issues, please be aware that it cannot be reopened.
