How do I report a games issue?

Rest assured, every round and transaction you make is securely recorded in our database. If you encounter any errors during gameplay, please promptly report the issue to our Support Team  via live chat and provide the following details:

  • Stake amount
  • Transaction ID
  • Were other games affected?
  • Device used (PC, Tablet, or Mobile)
  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 7, 8, X, 11, 12; Samsung S20, S21, Note)
  • Operating system (e.g., macOS, iOS, Windows, Android)
  • Browser used
If possible, please include a screenshot and the specific transaction ID, which can be found in your account history. This will help us expedite the investigation.
